Aimee is a truly wonderful human being. After a very traumatic first birth both physically and mentally a friend suggested having some sessions with Aimee before my second birth. Aimee gave me the time to unload my previous traumas and to deal with how they made me feel. She then helped me to be positive and empowered by my second birth. A six-week live journey (via Zoom)
Birthology runs over six weeks, with live weekly sessions designed to support you as your pregnancy unfolds. Each session builds gently on the last, creating continuity, confidence, and a feeling of being held not rushed.
You will leave with a sense of confidence and calm.

Engaging, interactive learning (not passive listening)
This isn’t a course where you sit back and take notes. Expect conversation, reflection, embodiment, and space to ask questions. We’ll learn together in a way that’s practical, human, and deeply supportive — so the knowledge actually lands.

Practical tools, practices & gentle home exploration
You’ll receive simple, effective tools you can use immediately — including breathwork, nervous-system support, mindset practices, and birth preparation techniques. There’s optional home exploration each week to help integrate what we cover, without overwhelm.

Thoughtfully curated resources + personal guidance
Alongside our live sessions, you’ll have access to supportive resources such as recordings, guided practices, and a suggested reading list. You’ll also be gently supported in a way that honours your unique pregnancy, herstory, and intentions for birth.

I'm Aimee
Pregnancy, birth, and all that unfolds beyond it have my whole heart and I could talk about them for days. Birth has shaped my life in profound ways, and my own experiences of childbirth transformed not only how I see birth, but how I move through the world.
I’m a mother to two gorgeous boys, both born at home. Experiences that anchored my deep trust in the body and in birth itself. I know, in my bones, what the body is capable of when it is supported, respected, and allowed to unfold.
I come from a lineage of midwives and florists, women who worked with birth, beauty, seasons, and the natural rhythms of life. I carry this thread into my work: the steadiness of the midwife and the reverence of the florist, holding space at life’s thresholds and tending gently to what is blooming.
My work is rooted in nature, reality and a little mystery.
Birth is a sacred rite of passage; transformational, life-changing, and deeply affirming. It marks the crossing from Maiden to Mother, a threshold that deserves a witness.
In birth, you are the Goddess.
And what follows? That is magic, too.

What would I need to bring to the sessions?
After securing your course space you’ll receive an exciting email from me with ideas on how you can prepare to get the most out of our time together!
DO I NEED TO HAVE PRIOR birth KNOWLEDGE?
There is no need to come with prior knowledge or experience of childbirth as I believe every journey is different and unique.
CAN I ASK QUESTIONS THROUGHOUT THE SESSION?
Absolutely! Questions are welcome! I provide a myriad of insights and guidance during the teaching session and frequently invite you to ask any questions. This is about you, for you and I also like to get interactive too!
Does it matter which trimester I am in?
Not at all. I welcome women no matter where they are on their journey. Whether you have just discovered you are growing life or you are in the final weeks - you arrive in divine timing.
WILL I RECEIVE A RECORDING OF THE EXPERIENCE?
Yes, I do provide a recording of each session so that you can focus on being fully present in the moment and reflect on our time together in more depth later on if you so wish.
